                      On June 1, with the support of Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, Pitch@Palace China 2.0 was held in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. Amb. Wu Hailong, President of CPIFA, attended the event and delivered a keynote speech, at the invitation of HRH Duke of York Prince Andrew. He highly appreciated the positive endeavor made by HRH Duke of York in promoting the bilateral relations, technologic innovation and cooperation between young people from China and the UK. Mr. Wang Zhigang, Minister of Science and Technology, Mr. Jiang Jianguo, Vice Minister of the Pubulicity Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, Mr. Yin Hejun, Vice Mayor of Beijing, Mr. Wang Yongqing, Vice Chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Liang Jianquan, Vice President of CPIFA, as well as HE Mrs. Barbara Woodward, British Ambassador to China, were also present at the event.

                      Pitch@Palace is a platform established by the Duke of York in 2014 for networking and supporting entrepreneurs to expand their businesses. It has been operated in more than 70 countries and supported over 300 start-up programs worldwide. On 26th October 2016, the Duke of York introduced Pitch@Palace to China.
