On August 8, 2023, Amb. Zhang Jiming, Vice President of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs, attended the Symposium Commemorating the 140th Birth Anniversary of General Stilwell and delivered remarks at the opening ceremony. The symposium was hosted by the Stilwell Research Center. More than 150 participants from different circles such as government, business and academia of China and the U.S. were present at the event. Zhang Jiming also attended the photo exhibition on General Stilwell’s life at Chongqing Stilwell Museum.
